A faith-based workshop for marketplace leaders to equip them to SHINE with greater impact in their workplace, to better engage their workforce, and to move themselves to their next level.

Kris DenBesten currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Vermeer Southeast, a construction equipment company headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Under his leadership, the company has experienced growth in annual sales to more than $150 million and has successfully transitioned to a 100 percent employee-owned ESOP organization.
Kris has written three books on leadership, facing crisis, and living by faith. He is a down-to-earth, from-the-heart communicator who effectively connects with all audiences.
Kris is a director of Jobs Partnership a non-profit organization that prepares people for life and work using Biblical principles. He and his wife, Robin, live in central Florida, and have three grown children: Cole, Gracyn, and Brooks.

Dr. Knott has been a leadership enthusiast and coach for over twenty years. He has taught leadership as an adjunct professor at several universities. For years, he has met regularly with marketplace leaders. He has authored several books, including “It’s All About Leadership,” which is available on Amazon. He has been married to his high-school sweetheart since 1973. He has three adult children and four wonderful grandchildren.
